By booking or using Speedy Detailing services, you ("Client" or "You") agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legal agreement between you and Speedy Detailing Inc. ("Contractor", "We", "Us", or "Our").

Firm Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy

• More than 24+ hours notice: No fee

• 12-24 hours notice: 50% of service amount

• Less than 12 hours notice or No call/No show: 100% of service amount

• Client not present or vehicle unavailable upon arrival: 100% of service amount

Note: Speedy Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staffing, traffic, weather, or equipment issues. This cancellation policy also applies to gift certificate appointments. For any cancellation or missed appointment fees, the credit card on file will be charged the applicable amount.

Late Arrival

Speedy Detailing may arrive up to 90 minutes late due to tight schedules or traffic. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Vehicle Access, Operation & Service Quality

By booking, you agree to provide Speedy Detailing personnel with access and keys to your vehicle to perform services. We strive to maintain high-quality service standards. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of service completion.

Concerns raised beyond this timeframe or refusal to participate in the final inspection will not be addressed.

Single Vehicle Policy for Full Detail Service

When booking a Full Detail service, this service is limited to one vehicle only. The Full Detail service will not be split between multiple vehicles; both interior and exterior detailing will be completed on the same single vehicle. Please ensure that the vehicle for which the Full Detail is intended is available at the time of the appointment.

Time-Based Service Policy

Our detailing services and packages, are based on a set time limit. We strive to complete as much as possible within the booked timeframe, but extensive cleaning needs or heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time. If a job takes longer than anticipated, an extra dirty fee may apply, subject to your approval. The service fee reflects the time and effort spent on your vehicle, not a guarantee that all tasks will be completed within the initial time limit. Please let us know your priorities during the pre-service consultation so we can focus on what matters most to you.

Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitation Of Liability

Speedy Detailing will document any pre-existing damage before starting work but is not liable for such conditions. If any damage occurs while in our care, we will notify you promptly. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Speedy Detailing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Fees, Service Terms & Payment

Total Cost: The fee is set at booking. Additional charges for add-ons or extended time over 30 minutes will be discussed with you for approval.

Payment: Due upon completion via Cash, Cheque, Email Money Transfer, Debit or Credit Card. You are responsible for Speedy Detailing collection costs, if applicable.

Extra Dirty Fee: If a job takes longer than anticipated, an extra dirty fee may apply, subject to your approval.

Access Requirements

To perform mobile detailing services, we require access to water and electricity. If access is unavailable upon arrival, a fee of up to 100% of the service amount will apply. If you're unsure about water and electric access, please call (709)-572-9274 to reschedule.

Safety

Please disclose any hazardous substances in your vehicle before detailing. You assume responsibility for any health or safety risks associated with your vehicle.

Feedback, Termination & Governing Law

We welcome your feedback at speedydetailingnl@gmail.com. By booking our services, you grant Speedy Detailing permission to use images of your vehicle for marketing purposes, unless you object in writing. This agreement is governed by Newfoundland and Labrador provincial law. By booking and using our services, you confirm that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the vehicle's legal owner and are 18 years of age or older. You agree to indemnify and hold Speedy Detailing harmless from any claims or damages arising from a lack of authority to enter into this agreement.

Acknowledgments

By booking our services, you acknowledge that:

• Speedy Detailing does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

• Payment is for the time and effort spent servicing your vehicle, not tied to any specific outcome.

• Speedy Detailing liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

• All Sales Are Final.

Terms of Sale

The Terms of Sale are part of Speedy Detailing's Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all Users or guests abide when using the Service. When you book online or via phone with Speedy Detailing, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Speedy Detailing accepts cash, email money transfer, debit and credit card. Any Card Declined will lead Speedy Detailing to ask the customer to find a solution for the payment of the service provided. Speedy Detailing will start a collection process 30 days after the customer's card is refused.

Late Cancelation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. However, inside of the 24 hour period, a fee will be charged to compensate our lost time & technician. This rule applies for any of our services.

Satisfaction Policy

If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by call or text (709-572-9274), or by email (speedydetailingnl@gmail.com). Pictures of the area must be texted to (709-572-9274) or emailed to (speedydetailingnl@gmail.com) within 24 hours of the claim being made.

Appointment Time

Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, our technician might arrive late. Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or by phone. Speedy Detailing shall do its best to let you know about any delay of delivery.

Coupon & Refferal Policy

From time to time, Speedy Detailing may offer a referral program which enables you to earn credits redeemable for Speedy Detailing services by sharing a unique referral code provided to you by Speedy Detailing with your friends. Note that combining credits & coupons is not possible. To qualify for credits, the referred customer must be a new customer of Speedy Detailing and use your Referral Code to sign up for the Services. You may not collect referrals by:

• self-referring by using multiple or false names, identities, accounts or email addresses;

• referring anyone who is an existing Speedy Detailing customer, including an existing customer with information under an alternate email address or phone number;

• using spam or sending unsolicited emails to persons they don't personally know to collect referrals, or otherwise violating any applicable law, rule, regulation or third party terms of use;

• posting on message boards, public forums, coupon sites or other online venues;

• permitting another individual to use the referring customer's information;

• referring fake people to Speedy Detailing, impersonating another person, or otherwise providing Speedy Detailing with false or misleading information;

• using the Referral Code in any manner that is disparaging or that otherwise portrays Speedy Detailing in a negative light; or

• referring customers in violation of any other restriction we impose on participants in our referral program in our discretion upon prior notice.

• If Speedy Detailing determines in its sole discretion that there has been a violation of these terms, Speedy Detailing reserves the right to cancel or rescind any accrued credits and/or determine that either or both the referred customer and referring customer are ineligible to participate in this or future offers. Referring customers may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. Speedy Detailing reserves the right to void, verify or adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.
